We collect your email address and, optionally, your name when you enter our promotion.

We use this information only to administer the competition and verify eligibility, notify and deliver prizes to winners, and maintain records required by law.

Where an entrant chooses to opt-in, the Promoter may contact them for future research surveys or polls. Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time.

3. Disclosure

We will not sell or disclose your information to third parties except where required to deliver the prize (e.g., VISA Card provider) or by law.

4. Storage & Security

Data is securely stored on Australian-hosted servers (Snapforms) and accessible only to authorised staff.

5. Retention & Deletion

All entry data will be deleted or anonymised within 12 months after the final prize for each monthly draw is fulfilled.
