ZRO FOX PTY LTD – “15-Second Survey – VISA Gift Card Draw”
Terms & Conditions of Entry (Monthly Draw)
1. Promoter
The Promoter is ZRO Fox Pty Ltd, Office 3898, Ground floor, 470 St Kilda Road, Melbourne VIC 3004 Australia (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter or associated agencies are ineligible to enter.
3. Entry Period
Entries for each monthly draw open at 12:01 am AEST on the first day of each calendar month and close at 11:59 pm AEST on the last day of the same month (“Monthly Promotion Period”). All valid entries received during a Monthly Promotion Period will be included in that month’s draw only. The draw for each Monthly Promotion Period will occur within five (5) business days after the close of that month.
4. Entry Method
To enter, participants must: (1) Complete the 3-question survey promoted via NexD display advertising; and (2) Submit their email address (and, optionally, first name) via the hosted Snapforms entry form and accept these Terms & Conditions. Only one (1) entry per person/email address is permitted. No purchase is necessary.
5. Prize Details
Ten (10) winners will each receive a $100 VISA Gift Card (total prize pool per month = AUD $1,000 incl. GST). Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. VISA Gift Cards are subject to issuer terms.
6. Draw Details
Draw method: Random computer draw from all valid entries received during each Monthly Promotion Period, in accordance with the Promoter’s Winner Selection SOP. The first 10 valid entries drawn will each win one (1) prize.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the draw. Winners’ first names and initials of surnames may be published on www.15secondsurveys.com for at least 28 days. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, a redraw will be conducted under the same conditions.
8. Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, or residency before awarding a prize. Invalid entries will be deemed ineligible.
9. Liability
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered or sustained (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance of any prize.
10. Privacy
Personal information is collected solely to administer this promotion, notify winners, and deliver prizes. Information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at [15secondsurveys.com.au/privacy] and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Entrant data will be securely stored and deleted or anonymised within 12 months of prize fulfilment unless otherwise required by law.
Where an entrant chooses to opt-in, the Promoter may contact them for future research surveys or polls. Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time.
11. General
Entry into this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
